Garage door features: Garage doors are common facilities for enterprises and are suitable for commercial facades. Common garage doors mainly include remote control, electric and manual. Among them, remote control, induction, and electric can be collectively referred to as automatic garage doors. The main difference between manual garage doors and automatic garage doors is that there is no motor. Automatic garage doors are now mainly classified into: flap garage doors and rolling garage doors. Especially the door opening is large, and it is convenient and quick to open the place where it is inconvenient to install the ground door body.
Below are the garage door features:
1. Service life
The normal service life of the door should not be less than 20,000 times.
2. Wind pressure resistance
The wind pressure resistance performance of the door should be determined according to the application occasion of the garage door. The wind pressure resistance performance of a single parking space door should be ≥ 1000Pa, and door panels should be strengthened if necessary.
3. Thermal insulation performance
Single-panel garage doors do not require thermal insulation performance, and the thermal insulation performance of composite door-panel garage doors should be <3.5W/(㎡·k).
4. Garage door features safety performance
The garage door must be equipped with a safety device to prevent the door leaf from undershooting or injuring people or objects during normal operation when a fault occurs.
(1) The garage door should adopt an anti-pinch structure door panel; if the anti-pinch structure door panel is not used, there should be obvious anti-pinch signs at relevant positions on the outside of the door.
(2) Electric remote control garage doors should have wire rope and spring breakage protection devices. When the spring or wire rope breaks, the protection device should be able to prevent the door panel from sliding down (3) The electric remote control garage door driving device should have an automatic locker. The automatic locking device shall be able to prevent the door leaf from sliding down when the power is cut off.
(4) There should be a travel limit at the end of opening and closing of the electric remote control garage door leaf. The end point is positioned accurately, and the repeatability is not greater than 10mm.
(5) The opening end of the garage door should be provided with a soft limit bumper.
(6) The electric remote-controlled garage door should have an automatic stop or return device when encountering obstacles. When closing, the door leaf can automatically stop closing or return when encountering an obstacle that can generate a blocking force greater than 50N.
(7) Electric remote control garage doors should be equipped with time-delayed lighting devices.
5. Opening and closing control
(1) The opening and closing control device of the garage door should be sensitive and portable, and the opening and closing speed should be 0.1~0.2m/s.
(2) If the mass of the door leaf is less than 70kg, the manual opening and closing force should be less than 70N; if the mass of the door leaf is greater than 70kg, the manual opening and closing force should be less than 120N.
(3) The electric remote control garage door should have a manual opening and closing device. After a power failure, the garage door can be unlocked and the door can be opened and closed manually.
(4) After the power failure of the electric remote control garage door, the door leaf should remain closed and locked.
(5) Manual garage doors should have manual locking devices.
(6) The remote control distance of the electric remote control garage door should be greater than 30m and less than 200m.
(7) The noise should not be greater than 50dB during the opening and closing operation.
6. Lighting performance
(1) The window can be set according to the design requirements.
(2) The window should be made of plexiglass with a thickness not less than 3mm.
7. Performance of electronic control device
(1) The door should work normally under the condition of ambient temperature -20℃~50℃.
(2) The door should work normally under the condition of relative humidity of 90%.
8. Performance of the driving device The driving device of the electric remote control garage door should have a stroke adjustment function.
