Our production capability
The door panel is produced by the automatic continuous production line from uncoiling – filming – forming – PU foaming – auto tracking and cutting – cooling – stacking – wrapping, which could produce 2000 square meters per day. To assure the quality of the product, the 5S and strict manufacture have been implemented in the whole factory.
